These terms apply to your use of webtastictech.com and to text messages sent by Webtastic LLC ("Webtastic", "we", "us"). By using the site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them.

SMS program

Program name: Webtastic LLC text messages. Webtastic LLC sends two kinds of text message from (631) 818-2475, each only with its own opt-in:

• Transactional messages: replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, project updates and account notifications.
• Marketing messages: occasional offers and news about our web design and digital marketing services.

You opt in by ticking the matching checkbox on one of our forms. Both checkboxes are optional, and consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from (631) 818-2475 to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages after that. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at webtastictech.com/privacypolicy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Use of this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not use it to send spam, attempt to break its security, or interfere with its operation. Content on this site, including text, design and images, belongs to Webtastic LLC or its clients and may not be copied without permission.

Our services

Website, marketing and design work is provided under a separate proposal or agreement with each client. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Webtastic LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
