Benitez Remodeling does kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and plumbing across Nassau and Suffolk. We built their site in March 2026 and have been adding to it ever since.

01The challenge
People don't search for "a remodeler". They search for "basement finishing Sayville" or "how much does an addition cost on Long Island". Benitez does more than ten kinds of work in towns across two counties, and a site with one page per service can only answer a few of those searches.
02What we did
We built a fast, plain-HTML site with a page for each of the 11 services, a free-estimate form and the phone number one tap away on every page. Then we kept going: town pages for the places Benitez works most, and plain-language guides to what remodeling costs and which permits it needs in Nassau and Suffolk. Every page carries the business details search engines read, and Google Analytics and Search Console are connected, so we can see which pages bring in calls.
03The result
60 pages live, and the site is still changing: 283 updates since March 2026, from new town pages to rewritten titles on pages that showed up in search but weren't getting clicked. The work happens in the background, every week.
